ISPBC CERTIFIES iCONNET SPB EMS CONTROL SYSTEM BY CONTROLNET INTERNATIONAL INC.

(Washington DC, September 22, 2011)  International Self-Powered Building Council (ISPBC) awards Platinum Certification for the iCONNET SPB EMS (Energy-Management-System)  developed by Controlnet International Inc. as the core operating system for next-generation self-powered-buildings (SPB).

 

Co-developed with RSI ENERGY GROUP (www.energy.tm), iCONNET is a scalable multi-voltage smart engine and electricity network system. It manages and controls buildings of tomorrow with the most efficient integrated smart-home functions, designed to inter-connect clusters of SPBs into energy cloud networks.

 

ISPBC recognizes that today’s green buildings and consumer-electronic appliances progressively use more DC-power, like LED-lighting, and wind-power and PV require multistep conversions between AC to DC and vice versa. The current building electricity system is not designed to provide integrated and optimized connectivity, resulting up to 30% of avoidable electricity losses.
